myPersona aims to provide support during daily challenges by assisting individuals in developing skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience.

The myPersona Model of Care is based on strength-oriented strategies and principles of positive psychology. The Care Team is available to assist individuals dealing with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and various other aspects related to health and well-being, including personal growth exploration and emotional health enhancement.

myPersona offers support in the following areas:

Fostering a sense of community to counteract feelings of isolation
Navigating life transitions such as relocation, career changes, or breakups
Building resilience in the face of organizational shifts, life stressors, or adversities
Enhancing effective communication skills in the workplace and personal life
Promoting personal development through goal setting and facilitating both personal and professional growth

Key Features:

myCommunity: A platform for myPersona Members to engage in open discussions about emotional health, offering support, kindness, and motivation.
1:1 Coaching with Guides: Regular 30-minute private sessions with a designated Guide to assess current emotional well-being and aspirations, conducted via chat, video, or audio.
KnowMe™ Technology: A psychometric assessment tool that provides Members with insights into their overall well-being status, including current needs and motivators in life. This validated tool helps individuals understand how emotions influence overall well-being and can be completed in 8-12 minutes across multiple sessions.
Emotional Health Content: Access to a collection of educational resources like webinars, articles, and blogs designed to support individuals on their journey towards improved well-being.
